Do you have a customer service mindset with a passion for serving a diverse population? The Office of Academic Compliance and Regulation is seeking a Student Disability Services Project Manager. Under minimal direction, manages and oversees 3rd party agreements and applications for the SDS office and the Testing Centers, both on the Main campus. Manages updates, applications, adding of services, and contract preparations for assessments. Maintains reporting and metrics for SDS and Testing Centers.
Location: Main Campus, 33rd and Camelback Phoenix, Arizona
What you will do:
Oversees all 3rd party application relationships and processes for SDS and Main Campus Testing Center.
Understands and communicates specific requirements for each 3rd party application and tracks upcoming changes or needs. Anticipates set up and application requirements for new locations.
Provides training for new hires on all relevant 3rd party applications as needed.
Continually manages systematic applications and agreements to ensure access for students and staff.
Quickly shifts priorities and manages unexpected changes to processes or locations. Communicates updates to department head regarding project timelines, changes, and/or additional requirements when needed.
Processes and helps prepare data and reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need:
Minimum of Three years at Grand Canyon University.
Master’s degree required.
Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects preferred.
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
