Job Description

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal office operations and ensure all systems and procedures are functioning properly each week.
  • Work with the department director to ensure all active projects and assignments stay on task.
  • Manage all filing and reporting projects for the office both internally and externally.
  • Assist the division of Advancement as necessary in managing various aspects of their work
  • Participates in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible hours to include some weekends and evenings.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to be a flexible and reliable team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Knowledge and interest in event planning and industry trends.
