Project Manager - Graduate Assistant
Job Description
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage internal office operations and ensure all systems and procedures are functioning properly each week.
- Work with the department director to ensure all active projects and assignments stay on task.
- Manage all filing and reporting projects for the office both internally and externally.
- Assist the division of Advancement as necessary in managing various aspects of their work
- Participates in other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Flexible hours to include some weekends and evenings.
- Strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to be a flexible and reliable team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Knowledge and interest in event planning and industry trends.
