Program Coordinator - Colangelo College of Business
Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business is seeking a full time Academic Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operational coordination, communication, and management of the academic programs within the Colangelo College of Business.
Please Note: This position will be based on our Main Campus in Phoenix, AZ
Assists the Program Manager with Institutional Effectiveness activities of CCOB to include data research and reporting, initiating improvement action plans, recommendations as well as support of program assessment documents
Assists the Program Manager with monthly, quarterly, and annual survey data research and reporting; presents findings via written reports and presentations
Assists the Program Manager with collaborative efforts in working with Faculty Services, Faculty Training & Development, and Curriculum Design & Development teams
Internal CCOB planning, scheduling, and coordination of all college events, such as club activities, guest speakers, and hiring events and done in collaboration with GCU systems
Academic year scheduling assistance; coordinates adjunct faculty interviews/hiring
Assists CCOB leadership in the collection of and tracking of student outcome data
Participate in committee activities as required
Assists with other projects and activities as assigned by CCOB leadership
Bachelor degree required; Masters degree in business-related is preferred
Experience in higher education environment
Possess strong communication skills both written and verbally
Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Self-starter, initiative, project-experienced
Analytical perspective; team player, collaborative to complete projects
