Guest Services Representative
Grand Canyon University’s Event Services department is currently seeking part-time Guest Services Representatives to act as ambassadors of the University within the Arena environment.

What you will do:
Scan tickets and assist guests with questions
Provide GCU Arena guests with accurate event and arena information.
Enforce rules, including smoking policies and specific rules related to each event.
Respond to emergencies by involving supervisors when needed.
Appropriately handle guest problems and complaints up to the level where intervention by a supervisor is required.
Operate as a team with the box office, security, and arena operations groups.
Other duties as assigned by management.
What you will need:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum one year experience in customer service environment.
Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Capable of demonstrating a positive, friendly, and courteous personality.
Must be punctual and customer service oriented.
Responsible, trustworthy, and assertive.
Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
