- Instruction for our Fall Semester begins on September 2, 2025, and ends on December 14, 2025 - Final Course Grades are due on December 21, 2025
Course: Criminal Behavior and Victimology
This course provides an examination of the basic theories of criminology including victimology. The course exposes students to the motivators of criminal behavior to better understand crime and those who commit crime.
What You Will Do:
- Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
What You Will Bring:
- Preferred: Justice Studies OR
- Criminal Justice OR
- Legal Studies
- OR Master’s in the above areas
- Exceptions may be granted to individuals with Master's in any field with 18 graduate credits in Justice Studies and has substantial teaching experience
