Grand Canyon University's College of Nursing and Health Care Professions is growing! We are seeking an Accelerated Bachelor of Science Nursing (ABSN) Program Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operational functions of the program to ensure that goals and objectives are successfully accomplished in accordance with established expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, evaluating program effectiveness, preparing reports, participating in projects, and executing recurring operational tasks and processes. The role provides support for all ABSN program-related initiatives. Join us!

Site Location: Main Campus
Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

What you will do:
- Assists with day-to-day program operations.
- Clearly understands needs and expectations of the program and works with leadership to determine the most effective means of execution of specific duties to ensure goals are successfully met in a timely fashion.
- Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, ensure cooperation of information/data submission, and streamline process improvement.
- Serves as a liaison to all stakeholders involved in the operation.
- Communicate needs and acquire necessary information to perform daily duties.
- Arrange meetings, events, and activities as necessary to ensure success of the program.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and progress information or performance metrics for review of management.
- Input and maintain data in various software applications such as MS Excel, internal databases, and other programs.
- Follow up with applicable departments and/or service partners to ensure information, data, and activities are delivered or performed as necessary.
- Provides a positive example to students and faculty by supporting the University’s doctrinal statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of GCU
What you need:
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail/accuracy and respect for confidentiality required
- Communicating interdepartmentally and cross-departmentally with confidence, articulately and with good listening skills are essential
- Candidates that like problem solving, intellectually curious, finding creative solutions to hurdles and creativity are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with CRM, Campus Vue, web reports, MS Office Suite, SharePoint and One Drive preferred. Proficiency with MS Excel formulas such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP a bonus!
- Bachelor’s degree conferred from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of administrative professional work experience.
